What is the studio facility like? |

No, the gumballs are not free Cross-eyed Studio occupies a converted garage and bonus room in a home. The studio room measures approximately 22'x13', comfortably accomodating up to five band members and a drum kit during tracking. (I've actually used the room for recording a choir, but that was pushing it a bit!) The control room is on the second floor, isolated from the studio room for optimal monitoring. Communication between rooms during a session takes place over the musicians' headphones and web video.
The studio room is great for tracking drums, guitars, guitar cabs, acoustic instruments, and vocals, although instruments and amps have been known to find their way into other rooms in the house. As a home recording studio, the other rooms have the handy appeal of a Swiss army knife when you need to spread out or begin experimenting with sounds (djembe in the bathroom anyone?).
